We would like to make a notice about Shipping Status.
We are currently having some difficulties in the system interaction, and are unable to send customers the e-mail about the tracking information at the time of delivery. The only thing you can check on our current website under My Account, is the “order accepted” status. Please be aware that Order Status under My Account, and My Orders do not show the product’s shipment situation.
We sincerely apologize to our customers for this inconvenience.
As a general basis, orders entered by 12 pm noon, on weekdays will be packaged and shipped on that day. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day. For example, based on that shipment process within the United States, the following is the approximate days it will take for the orders to be delivered.
- Ground - item typically arrives in 4-8 business days
- Next Day - item typically arrives in 2 business days
If the items do not arrive after the number of days, or if you would like to know the tracking information about your ordered product, please feel free to contact our Customer Support.
